By booking an apartment at our hotel, you can take advantage of a car park, a swimming pool that is always available from 9.30 to 18.00 from 23 May to 30 September.
You will find in our park a barbecue that you can use freely. Remember to bring the charcoal, while we’ll give you the grills!
The initial linen for both the bathroom and the beds will be found inside the apartment and is included in the rate. If you need a cot, request it when booking. The cost is € 5 per day.
The wifi is free throughout the building and also in each apartment.
All apartments have air conditioning included in the rate.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 16:00, while check-out is by 10:00.
Is it possible to book a check-in or check-out outside these hours?
Yes, on request it is possible to book check-in or check-out outside the scheduled times. Availability will be assessed at the time and an additional cost may be required.
Is it possible to bring pets with you? What size? Is there an additional cost?
Pets are always welcome at our facility and will find a very suitable environment for them being able to walk through our olive grove.
In the apartment, however, there will be a pillow and a bowl available.
We apply a small supplement of € 15 per day per dog.
However, remember that the dog cannot access the solarium of the swimming pool.
Do you have high chairs?
We do not have them available, not even on request.
Do you have laundry service?
In 2024, we added a shared laundry room with a coin-operated washer and dryer. Tokens cost €4 per washer and €2 per dryer.
Opening hours of the swimming pool?
The swimming pool is open until September 25th.
Do you have a restaurant?
The Borgo Verde Residence does not have a bar and a restaurant and therefore cannot provide catering services.
